How long does a bouquet typically last?
Most fresh flowers will last 3-5 days. If well cared for, you should get another 2-3 days. Some varieties naturally last longer than others. We do our best to plan bouquets from across the spectrum to maximize your bouquets!
Can I gift one of my subscription bouquets to a friend or family member?
For sure! As long as they are located in one of the current delivery locations and are aware of the delivery/pick-up window, we'd be happy to swap.
What happens if I'm unable to receive my bouquet when scheduled?
We will do our very best to accommodate but we unfortunately need to stick to our delivery windows to maintain all of our commitments. With enough notice, we can deliver the next delivery window in that community, although you may miss flowers in that week's bouquet. Alternately, if you have a spot out of sun and wind, we can leave the bouquet on your doorstep or back porch. Or, you can find a friend that is able to accept delivery for you.
How do I make changes to my order if a gift?
Great question. If the subscription is a gift, please leave the name, address, and email of the individual that will be receiving the subscription. They will be set up in the subscriber portal with a welcome newsletter based on the information provided! If it's for yourself, you can use the form in the subscriber portal, Contact Us form on the main website.
How does the weekly bouquet selection work?
This year we're trying something a little bit different with subscriptions. 1-2 days prior to delivery, weekly bouquet designs will be posted. If you decide that you would like to try a colour scheme that differs from what you originally chose on checkout, you can use this opportunity to switch. Please note that there will be limited bouquets of a given colour each week, so it might not always be possible to change. The sooner you lock in each week the better!
Do you charge for delivery?
This year there will be a small delivery fee added to each subscription to compensate for time and resources to bring these beautiful bouquets to you! It will be well worth the convenience of having fresh blooms delivered to you. Alternately, we will be making pick-up windows available if that suits you better!
Where are pick-up locations?
Pick-up locations are being worked out yet, but we are looking to partner with local businesses in each delivery location to give you more flexibility for picking up your blooms. If we cannot find one, then we will offer a meeting location in a designated pick-up window.
